Hydraulic Flange

Hydraulic flanges can be used for pipeline connections.
Flange series are broadly categorized into various designs such as piping, pumps, split types, and blind flanges, ensuring stable operation of hydraulic systems. Commonly found in oil circuit boards, petrochemical and mechanical equipment, used for connection and maintenance between pumps or pipelines.

European Flange

European flanges are commonly used flanges in the European market.
It can be easily installed into a hydraulic system. European flanges are classified as follows: 90° elbow flanges for gear pumps, 90° flanges with external thread fitting, 37° flared flanges, and piping flanges (both internal and external welded types).

SAE Butt Flange

SAE butt flanges use internal thread connections and are installed on pipes. Compared to other flanges, the advantage of this type of flange is that it can be connected without welding.
Customizable BSPP threads, NPT threads, ORB threads, internal soldering, and external soldering are available in 3000PSI and 6000PSI versions.

Hydraulic Clamp

Hydraulic anti-vibration pipe clamps are widely used in automotive and oil pipe applications, as well as in the assembly and ship repair parts.
It can maintain the stability of the hydraulic system and help reduce vibration caused by fluid transmission. Pipe clamps are classified into light-duty (single-hole and double-hole) pipe clamps, heavy-duty pipe clamps, and slide rail pipe clamps.

Production/Process：

Since its establishment, Ming Iuan Machinery has developed more than 120 types of flange forging dies and 40 types of pipe clamp dies

Flanges：

By using 3D molds and forging to form the product, the density of the iron material is increased and the product's pressure resistance is enhanced. Then, through in-house CNC lathes, milling machines and other mechanical equipment, we can produce flanges with stable quality and a variety of sizes for customers to choose from

Clamps：

Made of PP material through injection molding, resulting in exquisite quality and durability. The upper and lower plates are forged into one piece to increase strength, and use a combination of high-tensile screws conforming to metric 8.8/imperial G5 standards, providing excellent impact resistance.
