Hydraulic Flange

Hydraulic flanges are used for pipeline connections.
Flange series are broadly categorized into various designs such as piping, pumps, split types, and blind flanges, ensuring stable operation of hydraulic systems. They are commonly found in Oil Circuit Board , petrochemical equipment, and machinery, used for connecting and maintaining pumps or pipelines.

European Flange

European flanges are commonly used in the European market.
They can be easily installed in hydraulic systems.European flanges are classified as follows: 90° gear pump elbow flanges, 90° threaded fitting flanges, 37° flared flanges, and piping flanges (both internal and external welded types).

SAE Butt Flange

SAE butt flanges use internal threads for connection and are installed on pipelines. Compared to other flanges, the advantage of this type of flange is that it can be connected without welding.
Customizable with BSPP thread, NPT thread, ORB thread, internal weld, and external weld options. Available in 3000PSI and 6000PSI.

Hydraulic Clamp

Hydraulic anti-vibration pipe clamps are widely used in automotive and hydraulic piping systems, as well as in the assembly and repair of ship components.
They can maintain the stability of hydraulic systems and help reduce vibrations caused by fluid transmission. Pipe clamps are classified into light-duty (single-hole and double-hole), heavy-duty, and slide rail clamps.

Production/Process：

Since its establishment, Ming Iuan Machinery has developed more than 120 types of flange forging dies and 40 types of pipe clamp dies.

Flanges：

By using 3D molds and forging to form the product, the density of the iron material is increased and the product's pressure resistance is enhanced. Then, through in-house CNC lathes, milling machines and other mechanical equipment, we can produce flanges with stable quality and a variety of sizes for customers to choose from.

Clamps：

Made of PP material through injection molding, resulting in exquisite quality and durability. The upper and lower plates are forged into one piece to increase strength, and use a combination of high-tensile screws conforming to metric 8.8/imperial G5 standards, providing excellent impact resistance.
